- Support the maintenance management teams in cement industry to develop the preventive and predictive maintenance programs for plant equipment, as follow:
- Develop and improve inspection routs (inspection job plans) for all equipment workshops in the plant,
- Develop the annual maintenance plans for all the equipment (routine maintenance plans, time based maintenance planes and condition time based plane.
- Coach the maintenance team (inspectors & planners) to implement the maintenance program
- Coach the maintenance inspectors to do failure analysis for equipment components.
- Coach the maintenance planners to do the right scheduling for all the maintenance activities, including kiln shutdown activities.
Main objectives of the program:
- Improve the plant reliability factor (RF) and reduce the production lose
- Increase the mean time between failure (MTBF) for all the plant equipment
- Improve the annual maintenance budget.
- Improve the spare parts management and inventory control to reduce the maintenance cost.
